    A New Design of High-linearity Sample Switch

    This paper introduces a new sampling switch used in pipeline ADC.The switch has high-linearity property by using comparator,inverters chains,CMOS switching,and capacitance.In order to improve the Spurious Free Dynamic Range (SFDR),the basic principle is to ensure MOSFET gate voltage to follow the input voltage,thus the voltage across them being a constant value.Finally Flip-around sample-and-hold circuit is used to verify the new switch.Test results show that this new architecture has 91 dB SFDR,which meets the design requirements.

    A supervising and measuring system of serial lithium-ion batteries which base on MCS51 series microcontrollers is introduced.The system measures the voltage of serial lithium-ion batteries by using differential amplifier and analog multiplexers.A one-wire bus measuring system with MCS51 and DS18B20 has been developed for the system of serial lithium-ion batteries.The system is simple and cheap.Tests show that the system is capable of reliable and accurate supervision and measurement of serial lithium-ion batteries.

    A single-axis MEMS gyroscope signal process circuit is designed based on a MEMS sensor.Stability of the closed-loop drive circuit is analyzed in time domain.A switched-capacitor CV-converter which is not sensitive to common section of the sensor capacitor is proposed.Results indicate that the linearity is smaller than ±0.5%,power consumption smaller than 150 mW and resolution of ADC greater than 11 bits.

    Fixed frequency-shift jamming only can produce a fake target,and wiping off the coherent between the jamming signals results in a jamming line.With this limitation in consideration,the paper discusses the random frequency shift jamming.The jamming principle is introduced first,followed by an analysis of the jamming effect,and finally by combining the jamming effect evaluation,the simulation substantiates the advantage and validity.

    The internal magnetic fields of two asymmetric PPM focusing systems are simulated with 3D magnetic fields software in this paper.One of them,the coupling slot is arranged with 180,and another arranged in a line.Based on the results,we analyses the transverse magnetic fields of asymmetric PPM focusing systems and the reasons of the transverse magnetic fields in the two structures.The improved efficiency and magnetic saturation to asymmetric PPM focusing systems by adjusting the iron loading head are summarized.Finally,three different reasons of the transverse magnetic fields and the improved methods reducing the transverse magnetic fields of the two structures are presented.

    In this paper the author designs a conventional microstrip low-pass filter with a 3 dB cutoff frequency of 3 GHz and a passband insert-loss less than 0.5 dB.The filter is improved by defected ground structure.The proposed filter has the same parameter but has smaller size.

    Class-F power amplifiers employ harmonic frequency resonators to shape their drain voltage or drain current waveforms to achieve high efficiency.Based on this,drain voltage waveforms with different harmonic ratios is theoretical studied first.And then the theory is verified through an electromagnetic software simulation.If only the third harmonic is considered,the conclusions are drawn as follows:for the third harmonic and fundamental wave voltage ratio K=0.111,the drain voltage waveform is the most flat;and when K is close to 0.4,the drain voltage tends to a square wave.Finally,a class-F power amplifier with appropriate harmonic ratio is designed,with a peak power-added efficiency of 88.074%.

    A novel miniature antenna design for ultra-wideband (UWB) applications is presented.The proposed compact antenna is achieved by exploiting a novel ground plane consisting of a small rectangle and two semiellipses.By cutting two U-shaped slots on the feed line and patch,two notched bands of 540 MHz and 610 are achieved.The configuration of the proposed antenna can provide an ultra wide voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR)<2 bandwidth with satisfactory radiation properties.A good agreement is achieved between simulated and measured antenna characteristics.

    This article analyzes first the characteristics of severely degraded GPS signal,and discusses the main technical factors that affect GPS positioning when only NLOS signal exists.Then,the paper introduces the design and verification of HSGPS receiver bases on LEA-5S from u-blox for vehicle positioning under severely degraded GPS environment.And finally,it proves the feasibility of the novel HSGPS receiver design and the application of positioning vehicle under ultra weak GPS signal environment as well by means of testing the start-up TTFF and positioning accuracy.

    As a dial tone signal,DTMF signal can be achieved not only in dial-up business,but it can be achieved for more value-added services through the extensions of SIP.In this paper,the extensions of SIP INFO methods and event notification mechanisms are described,and the two methods for transmitting DTMF signal are analyzed and compared.The out-band transmission of DTMF is realized.

    By many factors,traditional mechanical anemometer have been unable to meet the target currently.The use of ultrasound to measure wind speed can effectively improve the measurement accuracy,reduce errors and power consumption.The system uses MSP430 as its processing core,and takes advantage of ultrasonic properties and ultrasonic sensors to achieve the measurement of wind velocity,and realize interactive communication using the technology of ZigBee.Analysis shows that the system proposed in the article is accurate in measurement,with better accuracy at higher wind speed.

    In view of the disadvantage of high temperature thermometer such as large size,high cost,complex operation,and dependence on computer in actual measurement,this paper studies the temperature data collection,transmission and display,designs a high temperature thermometer with STC89C52 as its core and with platinum resistor based on Pt100 temperature sensor and liquid crystal display 1602.The thermometer has a measurement range of -200 ℃~+500 ℃ with an accuracy of 1 ℃.Experiment results show that the high temperature thermometer has great temperature measuring range,stable performance,reliable operation,expansion ability and independence from computers.

    This paper introduces the principles of the time-domain integral equation method (TDIE),and improves a new average calculation method of marching-on-in-time (MOT) preventing late-time oscillations.This improved method can increase the stability of the MOT in TDIE.The electric current respond of the target surfaces when Gauss pulse wave illuminates metallic cubic is calculated.The results show that the method in this paper simply and effectively relays the late-time oscillations of TDIE.

    FOIP technology and standards are discussed,and the realization manner of real-time IP fax solution is presented in this paper.Due to the inherent characteristics of IP networks,IP Fax must overcome such technical problems as delay variation,jitter,packet loss and error correction.T.38 fax gateway must pass.T.38 Fax Gateway demodulates received faxes from the fax machine into the T.30 control message signal demodulation and fax image data,information and data on these re-packaged into IFP packets,through the IP network to the T.38 IFP packets receiving gateway,and the gateway to the T.30 control messages received and graphic data re-modulation,which is then sent to the receiving fax machine.Good performance is achieved which is comparable to that of the PSTN network fax.

    This paper presents an error correcting algorithm based on HDMI coding character,which can fix many errors when the data transmit through the HDMI channel.This new algorithm uses failure analysis to evaluate the error possibilities of each possible error;analyses the error characteristic and sort the most similar source,and then corrects it.It can also be combined with BCH code in the HDMI system to improve the reliability of HDMI transmission.However,the algorithm has some limitations:there are different re-pair rates in different stages of HDMI data transmission.An ASIC design of the algorithm is given in this article using Verilog HDL language for RTL level design,and its feasibility is proved by function simulation,verification and synthesis.

    Both incremental and negative incremental field are discussed aiming at the problem of mining association rules effectively.It is suggested that the problem of change of minimum support can be transformed to the problem of updating database.The crossing lists are used to storage all frequent items and their supports in both the original and the changed database.After analyzing the relation between s1,s2 and s0,whether an item is frequent or not can be figured out.By this method,the I\O time is largely reduced,and the efficiency of mining association rules has been improved.Finally,the emulation experiment verifies its effectiveness.

    Collision is considered as one of the most important issues in RFID system designing.There are many algorithms available aiming at decreasing collision state numbers or processing such states that help achieve an accurate identification process in an acceptable period of time.In this paper,we propose an algorithm offering balanced performance in general and excellent performance in environments with low or medium tags population.It is capable of reducing the number of collisions,in the first stage,and identifying tags that failed to be identified due to the occurred collisions,in the next stage.For illustration,we present simulation showing the superiority of our algorithm in performance to some commonly used algorithms.

    This paper introduces the application of CAM curve on automatic system of SIMOTION D425.For the servo motor to run any given curve,the method of CAM curve is adopted,by which the response movement of slave axis followed master axis is simulated by Scout Software and the corresponding response curve is obtained.Thus the relationship between the configurated curve and simulated one can be clearly seen.It is proved that the CAM curve function can not only achieve this goal with ease,but also can make the relationship between the master axis and slave more flexible.

    This paper makes several improvements of traditional active shape model for face orientation.It is hard for the conventional ASM to match accurately on each landmark;what's more,the trained model depends heavily on the clutter background.In view of the drawbacks mentioned above,firstly,we propose the local texture model in clutter background;secondly,we design the 2-D model for corner points;and lastly,we add fringe restrain in the model of partial grey level,so that the points with strong fringe information could have more possibility to become the perfect candidate points.Experiment results show that the improved algorithm is superior to those available in accuracy and robustness.

    A flame work of a super-resolution imaging system with the non-conventional image-carrying fiber bundles which adopts DSP (DM642) and FPGA as the core is presented in this paper.The function of FPGA in the system,including bilinear interpolation of Bayer images,image format conversion between RGB and YUV,communication with USB controller and so on,are discussed in detail.In this system,the FPGA connects with video port of DM642 directly to transmit YUV color space image data.This communication structure is simple,but it can guarantee high rate of data transmission,DSP greatly reduced its workload by extracting Y component directly from the YUV color space data to compute.This system gives full play to the quickness of hardware implementation in FPGA and enhances the system capability;and it has such advantages as adaptability,and flexibility.

    A new method is provided based on the empirical mode decomposition (EMD) to solve the difficulties of infrared image dim small target detection in complex background of sky and sea.The decomposition in this paper is based on Delaunay triangulation and Radial Basis Function.Its application in infrared images has shown that the performance of the algorithm can detect infrared small target in background of sky and sea exactly and quickly.The method presented in this paper appears instructive from both theoretical and practical points of view.
