Abstract:

Aerobics production and development is a gradual process,which originated in the human to human health and the pursuit of beauty,aerobics and human history of the development is closely related to the formation of aesthetic,and beauty is aerobics teaching and research closely related with the essence of beauty is an important issue. Text starting from the definition of beauty,aesthetic,educational methodology elaborated on the various perspectives of teaching aerobics aesthetic education,and conducted a wealth of practical statistics.
