摘要:

针对红外图像中的弱小目标检测,提出了一种经验模态分解(EMD)检测复杂云天背景下红外弱小目标的新方法。该方法基于Delaunay三角剖分和径向基函数,将一维EMD方法推广到二维,并将其应用于红外图像中小目标的检测。仿真实验结果表明,该方法能快速、准确地检测出云天背景下的红外弱小目标。

Abstract:

A new method is provided based on the empirical mode decomposition (EMD) to solve the difficulties of infrared image dim small target detection in complex background of sky and sea.The decomposition in this paper is based on Delaunay triangulation and Radial Basis Function.Its application in infrared images has shown that the performance of the algorithm can detect infrared small target in background of sky and sea exactly and quickly.The method presented in this paper appears instructive from both theoretical and practical points of view.
