摘要:

基于NAND Flash的固态硬盘存在坏块,坏块无法用于存储数据,需要对其进行管理。每个块用1位信息与之对应建立坏块表,根据坏块表建立逻辑块转变为物理块表,一个逻辑块对应多个不同的物理块。逻辑块转变为物理块表可排除上层对于坏块的操作,保证了数据存储的安全性和可靠性。

Abstract:

Bad blocks on NAND Flash based solid state drives cannot be used to store data,thus the need for bad block management.A bad block table is built with one bit for one block,and then a physical block table is converted from logical blocks according to the bad block table with one logical block matching several different physical blocks.The converted physical block table can prevent the upper from using bad blocks and ensure the reliability and safety of data storage.
