摘要：

翻新伪造产品是工程应用的重大隐患,文中主要针对翻新伪造器件的特点,从器件的外部形貌、表面标识、引脚固定、内部互联结构、芯片版图等方面阐述了翻新伪造电子器件的鉴别方法。其对于工程应用前的器件筛选试验具有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract:

Counterfeit production may bring big trouble if used in project.This article discusses the methods for discriminating counterfeit products by their characteristics such as the encapsulation appearance,exterior marks,fixed leads,internal structure,and layout of die.It provides useful references for screening test before applied in project.
