笼型转子端环断裂引发电机各场量变化情况的分析

摘要:

针对型异步电动机鼠笼转子导条断裂和端环断裂故障问题,文中采用有限元方法,以一台Y160L-6型异步电机为例分别建立了正常电机、铝条断裂和端环断裂电机的有限元模型,进行了瞬态磁场计算,分析了电机定转子电流变化情况和气隙磁密的变化情况。以电磁场计算的损耗结果为基础,计算了电机的三维稳态温度场分布,发现不同故障会造成电机温分布不同程度升高。以温度场计算结果为载荷计算转子应力分布,不同故障会造成转子热应力分布不同程度升高,铝条断裂和端环断裂故障对铝条和端环连接处的应力造成较大改变。

Abstract:

In view of the problems of broken rotor bar and broken end rings of induction motor, in this study, using the finite element method, a Y160L-6 asynchronous motor is taken as an example to establish the finite element models of the normal motor, the broken aluminum strip and the broken end ring motor. The transient magnetic field calculation is carried out, and the change of stator and rotor current and the change of air gap magnetic density are analyzed. Based on the loss results calculated by the electromagnetic field, the three-dimensional steady-state temperature field distribution of the motor is calculated, and the results show that different faults can cause the temperature distribution of the motor to increase in different degrees. The stress distribution of the rotor is calculated using the calculation result of the temperature field as the load. Different faults lead to different degrees of increase in rotor thermal stress distribution. The fracture of the aluminum bar and the end ring induce a significant change in the stress at the connection between the aluminum bar and the end ring.
