Abstract:

It was found in use that the E2PROM chip loses data,for which reason the computer cannot work normally.A thorough analysis shows that the reason of the chip's failure is that the technological parameters "RRPOLY" exceeds tolerance.A solution is proposed by introducing a hard-lost test in stress screening.Validation tests show that this measure is feasible and effective.
