    In order to reduce the test time of NoC,the problem of how to use the limited on-chip resources to maximize parallel test in power constraints is discussed.This paper presents a method for using the cloud evolution algorithm to schedule the IP cores,which effectively improves the test efficiency.The method reuses the on-chip network as TAM (test access mechanism),using non-preemptive test and XY routing mode and optimizing the allocation of IP cores in each TAM by the cloud evolution algorithm.Experimental results from the ITC'02 system-on-chip benchmarks show that this method effectively reduces the test time and improves the test efficiency.

    Resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) data have been increasingly used for identifying functional subunits of the human brain by clustering image voxels using algorithms such as k-means and spectral clustering.However,such unsupervised clustering methods are sensitive to imaging noise,thus generating unstable brain parcellation results.In this study,we present a prior information guided,semi-supervised clustering method to identify reliable boundaries between functional subunits for achieving robust brain parcellation.The proposed method has been validated for parcellation of Broca area (Brodmann areas 44 and 45) in the right hemisphere of the human brain based on resting state fMRI data.Experimental results demonstrate that our method not only identifies more reliable boundaries between functional subunits,but also achieves higher reproducibility across subjects.

    The paper combines support vector machine based on particle swarm optimization with semi-supervised regression theory to bring about a semi-supervised regression model.The paper uses the experimental datasets to compare with the genetic algorithm supervised support vector machine model and the particle swarm optimization support vector machine.Experimental results show that the semi-supervised regression model based on particle swarm optimization support vector machine can improve the precision of regression estimates.

    The computer's capability depends more on memory access than on the CPU's original ability.Real-time simulation needs many datasets,while the shortage of memory will become the main limitation.More loss of cache will results by those algorithms which cannot take full advantage of multilevel storage structure.The ignorable cache algorithm based on ABT tree has good adaptability,and offers a desirable substitute scheme for the algorithm of cache-awareness.And these two methods have basically the same effect.

    In order to improve the accuracy and speed of face detection,the article brings about a new way of face detection which combines skin color and improved Adaboost arithmetic.First,a Gaussian skin model is set up to handle the pending images under the YCbCr Color Space so as to obtain the Color likelihood images,and the color area is divided by adaptive threshold method to obtain the candidate face area.Then the article improves the Adaboost arithmetic by Harr rectangle feature expanding and sample weights update.This method solves the problems of fallout ratio and false dismissal probability of face detection in complicated background images,thus improving the detection efficiency.

    In order to obtain the position and motion of the ship model in wave basin and track the moving ship model real-time,a method based on the optical technology is proposed to meet the real-time requirement of tracking moving ship model by scaling the core of stamped area.With a special mark on the ship model and using the Gaussian function with respect to the Bhattacharryya coefficient to adapt the scale of stamped core,the robustness of mean shift algorithm is enhanced while keeping the advantage of high speed.Experiment results indicated the algorithm can scale the window of identification adaptively and restrict the mark in the center of the window,thus improving the accuracy of tracking.

    The vibration severity is an evaluation index of remaining life.To improve the vibration severity forecasting accuracy and solve the problem of time delay of forecasting by time series model,the author proposes a hybrid algorithm integrating time series analysis with Kalman filter.The basic concept of this algorithm is as following:firstly,by use of time series analysis theory,the stationary modeling for vibration severity is proceeded to obtain the model equation conforming to its variation law;secondly,by means of the obtained model equation the state equation and observational equation for Kalman filter are deduced;thirdly,the vibration severity is forecasted by Kalman forecasting recurrence equation;and finally,the forecasting for vibration severity is conducted to validate the proposed hybrid algorithm.Case study results show that by using this hybrid algorithm the forecasting accuracy of vibration severity is improved and the time delay in the forecasting is well solved.

    The rapid development of wireless network in recent years witnesses various indoor positioning related technologies and applications.This paper puts forward an indoor localization algorithm based on Newton interpolation.Radio frequency identification (RFID) is combined with LARNDMARC system to solve virtual label using interpolation,thus a more precise positioning of tags.Experiments show a significant improvement in positioning accuracy by this algorithm over the k neighborhood algorithm.

     In soccer video broadcast,football tracking is very difficult due to the football players' moving,camera zooming,etc.As a consequence,previous background based target detection and tracking method cannot track a football effectively.Football has only a few pixels in an image and moves irregularly and sometimes similar targets such as socks exist,which makes football tracking even harder.This paper presents a football tracking algorithm based on Histogram of Oriented Gradients (HOG) and particle filter to achieve robust football tracking in soccer video broadcast.With the fusing the HOG and color feature,the structure information and color information of a football are well modeled in particle filter tracking framework.The experiment shows that the proposed algorithm is accurate and robust even in the case where similar targets exist.

    High-speed PCB board vias modeling and simulation are made using Hyperlynx software to analyze the influence of the vias on the signals running through them,and an improved and optimized via hole method is proposed.Simulation results show that in the case of requirement of a high line signal integrity,circuits using via holes connection are improved and optimized.

    Authentication and access control of WiMAX is an important way to protect the internet resources and guarantee the normal running state of the internet.This paper introduces the access control mechanism and analyses its disadvantages,then proposes a access authentication based on ECC.The ECC is introduced first,after which a new access control process and ECC scheme is designed.Finally,the advantages and security of the new scheme are analyzed.This method proves to be more secure and more convenient for the limited mobile terminal as to the aspect of storage and computing ability than the existing methods.

    In order to solve the problem that traditional acoustic-electric microphone is susceptible to corrosion and electromagnetic interference,an acoustic-optic transducer structure which uses optical fiber to extract the sound is proposed.In this paper,the sensor prototype is based on Sagnac interferometer,the sound pressure is used to act on photo-elastic effect which generated by the optical fiber to achieve light-phase modulation,and a 3 × 3 coupler is used to build dual optical path balanced detection system.The demodulation of the speech signal is done through interference,which can realize two equal amplitude' signals differential processing,eliminating common mode interference signal and reducing light source noise.The experiments show that the system is stable with small waveform distortion.Voice signal extraction and restoration are implemented successfully in the range of 300~3 400 Hz.

    The sub-surface damage layer generated by grinding and polishing may effect the carrier lifetime and interface states of the silicon surface.Several samples for different roughness are fabricated by mechanical thinning,mechanical polishing and chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) processing in this paper.The Fourier transform infrared transmission spectroscopy and C-V test are used to analyze the samples.The results show that the higher the roughness of the silicon surface is,the lower the infrared transmittance and the higher density of interface states will be.

    The application of high-speed serial communication is very wide,but it has some defects in development cycle,the stability and reliability of the system.To improve the performance,the paper proposes an implementation of high-speed serial communication.The design of high-speed serial loopback communication is based on RocketIO in Xilinx development environment ISE.Error bit rate of the design is analyzed by Internal Bit Error Ratio Tester,and its value proves to be low,which guarantees the stability and reliability of design.The design is also simple in development with good scalability.

    Objective  This study aimed to separate the breathing and heartbeat signal effectively from the biological radar echo signal,as well as extract the breathing and heartbeat characteristics in order to provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and disease prevention.Methods  Analysis the characteristics of the radar echo signal,use the combined harmonic of the breathing signal as a reference input signal of the adaptive filter to improve the algorithm.Related experiments were designed and completed.Results  This paper presents a separation algorithm of heartbeat and respiration based on LMS adaptive harmonic cancellation.Conclusion  The output results suggest that the results of simulated household monitoring experiments were quite well.

    This paper introduces the single observer passive location of the fixed target of radiation sources,stations with the goal to achieve fast ranging and positioning relative tangential to the the movement azimuth rate of change and the rate of change of pitch angle,and analysis of the measured parameters,positional parameters on the positioning accuracy,draw a positioning accuracy of geometric distribution (GDOP) of this positioning method algorithm simulation analysis.Simulation results show that single-ranging positioning relative error as the distance increases,after repeatedly observed multiple time instantaneous positioning results of its statistical filtering processing to improve locate and track conditions,reducing the positioning errors.

    A curvature-compensated bandgap reference voltage is designed based on a circuit that produces an I2PTAT current and a circuit works on CMOS Sub-threshold based on Chrt 0.35 μm CMOS model.Testing results of chip show that the bandgap reference operates at 1.2 volts,and has an average temperature coefficient less than2×10-6/℃ between -20 to 120 ℃.The bandgap reference can be used in high resolution ADC,DAC,and soc chip.

    According to the requirements for the measurement of the torque and rotation speed of power machinery,a motor torque speed tester is designed using the motor torque and speed sensor to achieve a high-precision measurements of the motor torque and speed.As for the hardware,microcontroller (R8C/25) is used as the data processing core,the linear DC power supply is designed using isolation transformer to reduce the electromagnetic interference caused by traditional switching power supply,and the sensor output signal is isolated by high-speed optocoupler to improve the anti-jamming capability.As for the software,timing pulse count is adopted taking advantage of the microcontroller event counting function and the external interrupt function synchronous torque and speed pulse signal to calculate the torque value and speed values,and then calculate the shaft output power.Measured values are displayed real time on the digital tube.The sensor calibration results verify the correctness of the system design.

    A digital hearing aid is designed for patients with age-related hearing damage with both frequency and sound intensity level in mind in the voice signal loudness compensation.Based on the characteristics of the human auditory,a dynamic compressed loudness compensation strategy is proposed.The ear-sensitive low-frequency and high-frequency to speeches are simulated in Matlab.The results indicate that this compensation strategy guarantees the rationality and integrity of the loudness compensation effect of the digital hearing aids.

    Non-solid shield are used to replace the metal plate to screen electromagnetic radiation.Based on the theory of electromagnetic compatibility,the electromagnetic radiation shielding results of metal lattice are analyzed in depth by using electromagnetic field theory and numerical calculation method.The effect of three variables aperture width l ,wire diameter d and quadrilateral apex angle θ on shielding effectiveness is studied.First,modeling and simulation with the electromagnetic simulation software HOBBIES is done,the corresponding SE of different mesh size is calculated,and finally the conclusion is drawn by comparing the two different results.

    Digital Down-Converter is a key component of Variable-bandwise digital receiver.Since it is hard for the typical DDC structure to implement high operation rates of mixing and filtering,for the miniaturization and low power requirements of SDR (Software Defined Radio),a new method is proposed for implementing Digital Down-Converter in Variable-bandwise digital receiver based on FPGA.This method is based on orthogonal poly-phase filter processing.This paper analyzes the principle of its design and FPGA implementation,and finally gives the test results,which shows that the design has good scalability and flexibility.

    In the modeling and simulation for electrically large interconnect of high-speed circuit,the high simulation efficiency of Broadband Delay-based Macromodel is becoming more of a concern,but the existing methods of delay estimation are time-consuming,which severely limit the overall macromodeling efficiency.For this,an efficient delay-estimation method based on the IFT is presented in the paper.The efficient method not only is able to estimate multiple delays from tabulated frequency data,but also can identify the dominant delay terms for optimizing the modeling process.This method is implemented in MATLAB and compared with the Gabor transform-based method mostly used in frequency domain.The experimental results show that the proposed method greatly improves the efficiency of delay estimation and achieves high accuracy in use of broadband frequency domain data.

    A novel constant transconductance rail-to-rail CMOS operational amplifier is proposed in this paper.Its rail-to-rail input stage consists of four MOSFETS as dummy differential pairs to limit the current of the differential pair to provide a constant transconductance value within the ranges for the operating region.A front-feed class AB output stage is used to ensure that the output swing achieves rail-to-rail.The simulation results show that the input common-mode range reaches rail-to-rail with a variation of the gm of only 3%;the Op Amp performs an open-loop gain of 108.5 dB,the unity gain bandwidth is 26.7 MHz,and the phase margin 76.3°when the circuit driving a output load of 10 pF∥10 kΩ under 5 V power supply.

    Since it is easy for an FPGA device based on SRAM technology to lose data when it is powered off,in some engineering systems the use of passive configuration is required.This article takes Altera EP4CE6 as an example,using the microcontroller and adopting the mode of FPGA PS configuration on electrical load and remote loaded,which is applied to the display in the remote control system.Practice shows that this solution is simple,reliable and low in cost.

    The signal generator is an indispensable tool in the modern electronic measuring,and widely used in the field of communication,measurement and radar control.This paper puts forward a signal generator design method based on DDS technology.The design sets signal parameters by PC and processes the frequency control word by MCU,and then produces sine,square,FSK,ASK and other modulation waveforms.The output frequency is up to 150 MHz and the frequency resolution is 1 μHz.Experimental results show that the design has the advantages of full-function,high-precision and excellent programming capability.

    This paper take advantage of ADSP-BF533 and its circuit to communicate with VGA ,the image which is changed into digital signal can be displayed on CRT screen through VGA interface .TIMER interface and PPI interface play the most important role in the DSP.TIMER interface can be configured to generate row synchronizing signal and file synchronizing signal .Weather the two signals are correct is very critical ,The TIMER interface in the pulse with modulation mode can generate row synchronizing signal and file synchronizing signal after a simply configuration .The three primary color signals which the image converts into are output through PPI interface.The digital signals which are output through the two interfaces can be connected to VGA after D/A converting .The test shows that the image can be displayed on the screen.

    This paper introduces the gender recognition method based on neural networks for the difficulty in extracting the human secondary sex characteristics,and the low recognition rate and robustness.We get the gender recognition classifier based on human face images.The face image is processed by the Gauss filter,and then the normalization of preprocessed image is used to train the BP neural network to get the classifier.The gender recognition method is compared with the traditional ones.The experimental results show that the extraction of the human secondary sex characteristics can be automatically done by our method,and the recognition rate,robustness and the fault tolerance are also improved.

    In this paper,an H.264 video compression system based on TMS320DM648 is designed.In the video compression system,motion estimation improves image quality with increasing of computational complexity.To solve this problem,the algorithm is improved by incorporating a new motion determination criteria and an adaptive search strategy.Furthermore,program optimization is performed according to the characteristics of TMS320DM648.The simulation results show that the new video compression system can satisfy the requirements of high image quality and real-time performance,and can be applied in media processing.

    On the market of LED display,because of the problem of heat dissipation and aging,leading to display images appear display defect.And to defect detection by experienced operators through the eyes to finish,it was difficult to ensure that the efficiency and accuracy.In this paper,through the method of template matching by regional location and point positioning to extract the image of light intensity information,redraw the light point diagram,then based on the least square method of polynomial surface fitting method for surface defect separation,the results of experiment can effectively and accurately detect the display defect.It's has important significance for the LED display defect areas.
