摘要:

针对水平集方法在图像处理中的应用问题,文中对水平集原理进行了阐述,并图示了其具体过程。重点研究了水平集方法在图像分割、图像去噪、图像恢复、图像配准、3D动画中的应用。实验结果表明,与传统的图像处理方法相比,水平集方法在处理形状较复杂、拓扑变化较为明显的图像均具有良好的优越性。

Abstract:

This paper focuses on the basic theory of level set and its applications in image processing.The level set theory and the curves evolving method are discussed in detail,and the applications of level set method in image segmentation,image noise-reducing,image restoration,image registration,3D animation are illustrated.Experimental results show that a more accurate and robust image processing result can be achieved using the level set method than by the typical algorithm when complex forms and obvious topologic change are involved.
