摘要:

由于静态调度忽略了实际车间调度的不确定性,而动态调度则不一定能达到车间调度的敏捷性要求,为此,研究了基于直觉模糊集决策的多Agent敏捷车间调度方法。文中提出了具有自治性和全局优化性的多Agent敏捷调度生产控制结构。研究了基于粒子群算法的静态调度方案和基于直觉模糊集决策的合同网方法,并将两者进行结合,形成了新的敏捷车间调度策略。最后,进行了实例分析,结果表明该调度策略在敏捷车间调度问题的应用上是有效的。

Abstract:

To overcome the shortcomings that static scheduling neglects the uncertainty in the actual scheduling and that dynamic scheduling can not achieve the agile scheduling requirements,this paper makes an analysis of multi-agent agile workshop scheduling based on intuitionistic fuzzy sets.Firstly,it presents a production control structure of multi-agent manufacturing,which has the characteristics of self-determination and global optimization.Then,it makes a study of the agile workshop scheduling strategy that combines the static scheduling strategy based on particle swarm optimization with the contract net method based on intuitionistic fuzzy sets.By this method,the most satisfactory decision on agile workshop scheduling is made.Finally,the example shows that this method is of great effectiveness in the application of agile workshop scheduling.
